A movable needle base which is grafted with the outer casing in a sealing way is arranged in the outer casing. A needle installation part is arranged on the movable needle base. An empty cavity between the opposite end parts of the movable needle base and the sealing piston forms an infusion liquid storing cavity body. The movable needle base and the inside of the needle installation part are communicated with the injection liquid storing cavity body. A heave part and a lock base which are mutually matched in a lapping way are arranged on the movable needle base and the outer casing. A hook extending into the injection liquid storing cavity body is arranged on the movable needle base. A tightening inclined plane of the hook is arranged on the sealing piston. A deflection hole is arranged under the tightening inclined plane. An axis of the deflection hole and an axis of the outer casing are arranged in a deflection way. A buckling cavity for integrating the sealing piston with the hook is arranged on the sealing piston. The diameter of the outer casing on one side of the hook is larger than the external diameter of the movable needle base. The outer casing on the other side of the hook keeps the movable needle base in the outer casing. When in use, the secure self-destructing syringe can avoid the overlarge power of needle withdrawing and the over-small power of needle retracting and totally realizes the secure self-destruction.
