The preparation method comprises the following steps: using an ultrahighpressure to preprocess walnut meal and egg-white protein suspension; using alkaline protease and papain to enzymatically hydrolyze the preprocessing product in steps under the assistance of ultrasonic waves and microwaves; filtering the enzymatic hydrolysate, subjecting obtained supernate to reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography so as to separate target hybrid peptides in the supernate; taking the hybrid peptides as the template molecule, taking acrylic acid and methacrylic acid as the functional monomers, taking triethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinking agent, taking isopropyl thioxanthone as the initiator, and carrying out polymerization triggered by UV rays to form a surface molecularly imprinted membrane, which is used to separate and enrich target hybrid peptides in the supernate of the enzymatic hydrolysate. The arginine content of obtained hybrid peptide is more than 18%. The MTT method detection result show that the hybrid peptide with a high arginine content can effectively inhibit the proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela cell. The provided method reduces the product cost and the industrial production is promoted.

According to the invention, the prepared composite resin has excellent mechanical strength, bending strength, bending modulus and compression strength which are respectively 108.52 to 124.20 MPa, 8.6 to 9.37 GPa and 301.5 to 373.34 MPa; and the hyperbranched monomer containing double bonds and benzene rings and low in viscosity is prepared and added into a traditional organic matrix, so that the polymerization shrinkage rate of the composite resin material during curing is effectively reduced, and the polymerization shrinkage rate is 1.9-2.84%.
