This invention relates to the field of
polymer materials technology, and discloses a high weather-resistant, low-gloss rigid
polyvinyl chloride film, its preparation method, and its application. The film comprises, by weight, 100 parts of
polyvinyl chloride resin, 10 parts of matte
polyvinyl chloride resin, 1-2.5 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of
processing aid, 5-10 parts of
polymer modifier, 0.2-1 part of internal
lubricant, 0.2-0.7 parts of external
lubricant, 0.2-0.7 parts of
antioxidant, 0.8-3 parts of
UV absorber A, 0.8-3 parts of
UV absorber B, and 0.4-1.2 parts of
UV absorber C. This invention is completely free of plasticizers and complies with RoHS, REACH and other environmental standards. Three UV absorbers synergistically cover the entire 250-405nm
UV spectrum, significantly improving
weather resistance. Utilizing planetary screw
extrusion, two-roll open milling, and five-roll
calendering processes, the film, after 300 hours of UV aging, exhibits a
color difference value ΔE ≤ 0.15 and an outdoor service life of 15-20 years. This invention solves the problems of easy
plasticizer migration and insufficient
weather resistance in traditional low-gloss PVC films, making it suitable for home decoration materials or packaging materials.
