The invention provides a method for calibrating the wavelength of an ultraviolet spectrograph. A 532 nanometer base frequency laser device, a frequency stabilization system, a frequency doubling system and a servo control system are mainly used in the method. The whole working process of a device comprises that the laser of the 532 nanometer base frequency laser device is divided into two channels through a light splitting element; one channel of the laser of the 532 nanometer base frequency laser device passes through the frequency stabilization system; the frequency stabilization system provides a stable reference frequency; if the frequency of base frequency laser deviates from the reference frequency, the frequency stabilization system can produce a feedback signal; the feedback signal passes through the servo control system, the cavity length of the base frequency laser device is adjusted, a 532 nanometer base light frequency is ensured to be always equal to the reference frequency provided by the frequency stabilization device, and the stability of a 532 nanometer laser frequency is guaranteed; the other channel of the laser of the 532 nanometer base frequency laser device passes through the frequency doubling system, so that 266 nanometer ultraviolet laser is generated; because the 532 nanometer light base frequency is stable, the frequency of 266 nanometer frequency doubled laser is also kept stable; after passing through an optically coupled system, the 266 nanometer ultraviolet laser enters the ultraviolet spectrograph, and then the ultraviolet spectrograph is calibrated.

The invention discloses a transient ultraviolet multispectral radiometer, comprising a plug-pull type aiming lens, a guide rail component, a cassegrain imaging system, an ultraviolet spectrograph, a CCD driving circuit, a high-speed collection storage system and a computer which is provided with a spectrum measure data processing soft package. The cassegrain imaging system aims at a light source to be detected with the help of the aiming lens, adjusts self-focal distance and makes the light source to be detected for imaging clearly on the incidence slit of the ultraviolet spectrograph; the output optical signal of the ultraviolet spectrograph is converted to an electrical signal through the CCD driving circuit and is collected and stored by the high-speed system, and then is transmitted to the computer by a USB line. The spectrum measure data processing soft package calculates the spectrum power curve, the peak value wavelength, the corresponding power value of the light source to be detected according to relevant calculation means. The invention not only can detect the ultraviolet spectrum of the microsecond transient line light source and the transient side light source during single flashing time, but also can detect the ultraviolet spectrum of the steady state radiation light source including weak energy or the far radiation light source, and has good application prospect.

Light source with broadband spectrum

The invention belongs to the technical field of material analysis light sources and provides a light source with a broadband spectrum. A short-wave-pass optical filter filters the visible spectrum, containing a peak spectral line, of a deuterium lamp in order to obtain a smooth ultraviolet spectrum. A visible attenuation optical filter weakens a visible light portion in a first lamp spectrum. A long-wave-pass optical filter filters the ultraviolet and visible light of a second tungsten lamp in order to obtain a near infrared spectrum. The smooth ultraviolet light generated by the deuterium lamp, the ultraviolet light, the visible light, and the near infrared light generated by the first lamp spectrum, and the near infrared spectrum generated by the second tungsten lamp are combined by a light combining device so that a smooth light source with a broadband spectrum and nearly-doubled near infrared light intensity is obtained. When the light source with the broadband spectrum is used as a spectrograph of a detector in cooperation with a CCD or CMOS to perform spectral measurement, a high signal-to-noise ratio can be acquired near infrared light. When the intensity of the light source is integrally increased, a visible light portion cannot be saturated for the kind of the spectrograph within a large dynamic range.

Device and method for producing high-order harmonic super-continuum spectrum

The invention provides a device for producing a high-order harmonic super-continuum spectrum. The device comprises a femtosecond laser device, an optical parametric amplifier, a convergence lens, a vacuum cavity, an incidence window, a gas box, an extreme ultraviolet spectrograph and an extreme ultraviolet camera lens, wherein the optical parametric amplifier is used for converting femtosecond laser into tunable infrared laser with the wavelength being 1.6-2.2 micrometers; laser beams emitted by the femtosecond laser device are converted into infrared laser with the tunable wavelength through the optical parametric amplifier, the infrared laser is focused through the convergence lens and then interacts with inert gases in the gas box in the vacuum cavity after penetrating through the incidence window, and the high-order harmonic super-continuum spectrum is produced. According to the device, the single-path laser of a doublet spectrum structure is utilized, a periodic order is not needed, the inert gases can be driven to produce the high-order harmonic super-continuum spectrum, and outputting of the high-order harmonic super-continuum spectrum is optimized by driving tuning of laser chirping. Meanwhile, the invention provides a method for producing the high-order harmonic super-continuum spectrum.
