The invention discloses a heat-accumulating condenser using a shape-stabilized
phase change material. The condenser comprises the shape-stabilized
phase change material, a condensation
pipe, an external
wall plate and a heat-insulating material. The condenser is characterized in that: the condenser is completely or partially surrounded in the shape-stabilized
phase change material to form a heat-accumulating condensing component; the heat-accumulating condensing component tightly clings to the external
wall plate; and the inner sides of the external
wall plate and the heat-accumulating condensing component are made of the heat-insulating material. The shape-stabilized
phase change material is a paraffin
composite material which is prepared by
compositing a paraffin and a high molecular material and a heat-conducting reinforcing agent can be also added into the
phase change material. In the invention, the shape-stabilized
phase change material allows the condenser to continuously release heat to the outside by accumulating heat for the condenser, so that the
radiation effect of the condenser is improved. The shape-stabilized phase change material is always kept in a
solid state in the heat accumulating process, does not need to be packaged and has no
toxicity or corrosiveness, so that the production cost of the condenser is reduced. The heat-accumulating condenser is applied to the
refrigeration equipment, such as refrigerators, low-temperature ovens,
refrigeration cabinets, drink refrigerators,
ice cream machines, small discontinuous refrigerating machines and the like.
