The up-conversion luminescent material of the rare-earth doped thio aluminosilicate can be excited by long-wave radiation from an infrared light to a green light; an emission peak is formed by transition radiation from <1>G4 to <3>H6 of Tm<3+> ions in a wavelength region of 476nm; and the up-conversion luminescent material can be used as a blue luminescent material. The invention also provides a preparation method of the up-conversion luminescent material of the rare-earth doped thio aluminosilicate, and an organic light-emitting diode using the up-conversion luminescent material of the rare-earth doped thio aluminosilicate.
