The invention relates to an all-
solid electrochromic device and a preparation method thereof. The all-
solid electrochromic device comprises a substrate A and a substrate B; the inner side of the substrate A is sequentially provided with a transparent conductive layer A and an
anode electrochromic layer; the inner side of the substrate B is sequentially provided with a transparent conductive layerB and a
cathode electrochromic layer; and a
solid electrolyte layer is arranged between the
anode electrochromic layer and the
cathode electrochromic layer. The preparation method includes the following steps of: (1) the treatment of a substrate A and a substrate B; (2) the preparation of a
cathode electrochromic layer; (3) the preparation of a cathode electrochromic layer; (4) the preparation ofa solid
electrolyte layer; and (5) the preparation of an all-solid electrochromic device. The method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience; and the all-solid electrochromic device has the advantages of high
ionic conductivity and high anti-aging performance. According to the all-solid electrochromic device and the preparation method thereof, a complementary electrochromic film is adopted, and therefore, with a color change requirement satisfied, the rapid complementary color change of the electrochromic device under a
low voltage is realized, the use safety of glass is improved; andthe driving
voltage of the device is low, so that the device has a bright application prospect.
