The present invention relates to new rubber materials and tires, particularly to a new SRC rubber material and a manufacturing process thereof, and a sticking-resistant and anti-explosion tire. The new SRC rubber material comprises, by weight, 30-60% of a polymer rubber elastomer, 25-55% of a tackifier, 5-15% of a phase solvent, 0.5-1% of an anti-aging agent, 1-4% of a filler, and 0.5-6% of an active agent. The manufacturing process comprises: mixing the polymer rubber elastomer, the tackifier, the phase solvent, the anti-aging agent, the filler and the active agent for 12-15 h at a temperature of 200-230 DEG C according to the technical ratio. According to the sticking-resistant and anti-explosion tire, the new SRC rubber material is sprayed on the inner wall of the tire. According to the present invention, the new SRC rubber material is coated on the inner wall of the tire, can not shed within the use temperature, and is tightly adhered on the inner wall of the tire, such that air leakage due to being sticking and tire burst can be prevented.
