An input gear of a mechanical actuation mechanism is fixedly connected with an automobile brake disc; a transmission gear II and a transmission gear I are arranged in the positions, close to two ends, of an output shaft respectively; the input gear is externally meshed with an idler gear I and the transmission gear I, and an idler gear II is meshed with the transmission gear II; a clutch control lever is located between two ridges of a two-way sliding clutch, a clutch restorer is arranged on the clutch control lever, and an extension spring is arranged at the tail end of the clutch restorer; the left side and the right side of the tail end of the clutch control lever and suction cups of an electromagnet I and an electromagnet II are on the same horizontal axis; the tail end of a self-locking ratchet wheel clamping column and a suction cup of an electromagnet III are on the same axis; one end of a torsion spring is fixed to a rack, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixed to an input shaft through a pin; the electromagnet I, the electromagnet II and the electromagnet III are fixed to a bottom plate of the rack and are connected with a relay controlled by a single chip microcomputer.
