The invention relates to a table-chair-linkage-based intelligent height regulating device and method. The device is composed of a chair wireless communication unit, a chair height measuring unit, a chair height adjustment protection unit, a table wireless communication unit, a table height measuring unit, a table height adjustment protection unit, and a height information input unit. A table control unit controls a table height mechanical lifting unit to realize height adjustment of the table; and the table height adjustment protection unit is used for guaranteeing the safety usage. A chair control unit controls a chair height mechanical lifting unit to realize height adjustment of the chair; and the chair height adjustment protection unit is used for guaranteeing the safety usage. In addition, the invention also provides a method for adjusting the heights of the table and the chair by using the table-chair-linkage-based intelligent height regulating device. According to the invention, heights of a table and a chair can be adjusted intelligently and safely in a linkage mode according to the height of a user and thus the heights of the table and chair meet the national standard and requirement. Good learning sitting position can be krpt at different periods, thereby preventing myopia effectively.

Load control system having independently-controlled units responsive to a broadcsat controller

A load control system (100) for controlling the amount of power delivered from an AC power source to a plurality of electrical loads (lighting load 212, plug-in load 224, damper 242 of an HVAC system, discharge lamps 314, electronic drive unit 326) includes a plurality of energy controllers (dimmer switch 210, plug-in load control 220, temperature control devices 230, 330, contact-closure output pack 240, digital ballast controller 310, motorized window treatment 320). Each energy controller is operable to control at least one of the electrical loads. A broadcast controller 180 transmits wireless signals to the energy controllers. The load control system includes a plurality of independently-controlled units (or sub-systems 110, 112) having commanders (remote controllers 250, 350, occupancy sensors 260, 360, temperature sensor 270, daylight sensor 370) for controlling the energy controllers, where the independent units are configured and operate independent of each other. The energy controllers do not respond to control signals received from the commanders of other independent units. The energy controller may operate in different operating modes in response to the wireless signals transmitted by the broadcast controller. The broadcast controller is also operable to discover nodes, to receive digital messages from the commanders and energy controllers and to collect data from the commanders and energy controllers of the independent units. The load control system enables system-wide functionality, such as demand response and whole-building time clock functions.

Control unit of a vehicle generator

A control unit of a vehicle generator is provided which is capable of instantaneously stopping power generation in a safe manner with an inexpensive system configuration without the need of interrupting a large current when a key switch is turned off. The control unit includes a vehicle generator (2), a battery (5) adapted to be charged by an output of the vehicle generator, and a control circuit (2) having an on-off control switching transistor (1j) for controlling the turning on and off of a field current of the vehicle generator. The control circuit is operable to interrupt the on-off control switching transistor (1j) when a detected voltage of the battery (5) is higher than a reference voltage, and make the on-off control switching transistor (1j) conductive thereby to control the voltage of power generation at a predetermined voltage when the detected voltage of the battery (5) is below the reference voltage. A power generation stop circuit (6) is provided which has an off detection circuit (6a) for detecting turning off of a key switch (4) of a vehicle. The power generation stop circuit (6) is operable to stop the power generation of the vehicle generator (2) when the off detection circuit (6a) detects the turning off of the vehicle key switch (4). A power generation stop terminal (K) is connected with a control terminal of the on-off control switching transistor (1j). The power generation stop circuit (6) controls the power generation stop terminal (K) to stop the power generation of the vehicle generator (2) instantaneously when the off detection circuit (6a) detects the turning off of the vehicle key switch (4).
