The incineration system mainly consists of an dry fan, a gas phase circulating incinerator, an air preheater, a dedusting/purification device, an induced draft fan and a chimney, a discharge outlet of the dry fan is connected to a feed inlet of the incinerator, a fume outlet of the incinerator is connected to the air preheater, the air preheater is connected to an air supply outlet of the dry fan, a suction opening of the dry fan is connected to a fume inlet of the dedusting/purification device, and a fume outlet of the dedusting/purification device is connected to the chimney by the induced draft fan. A dry distillation zone and a gasification zone form a gasification environment, and a first combustion zone and a second combustion zone form a combustion environment in the gas phase circulating incinerator, and a circulating air conduit and a circulating fan form a gas phase circulation loop outside the incinerator. Refuse fuel is gasified in the incinerator for combustion, and gaseous material generated in the gasification environment is allowed to have circulating gasification and combustion. The system and the device have the advantages of high burnout ratio, few pollutants generated from combustion and clean incineration of refuse.

The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) a photoresist template is manufactured: photoresist is uniformly coated on the surface of a silicon substrate by using a spin-coating method, and designed specific graphics on a mask are copied on the silicon substrate through the steps of exposure, development, hardening and the like; (2) Ag particles are deposited by using a chemical method: an electrochemical reaction method is used for depositing the Ag particles on the photoresist template; (3) the photoresist template is removed: the photoresist is removed by using a photoresist remover; and (4) the annealing and sintering are carried out, and after the closely arrayed Ag particles are heated at high temperature, the Ag electrode is formed by mutual communication. The micron-level Ag electrode prepared according to the method has excellent electroconductive performance and a lower reflecting rate, moreover, the preparation process is simple, resource consumption is less, the Ag electrode can well replace a silk screen printed electrode, the efficiency of a solar cell can be improved, and the cost can be lowered.

The LED drive controllers, heat radiators, the aluminum substrates, the LED light sources and the optical elements form illumination systems which are mounted on the tops of the storage plate layers of the storage and transport box; the storage shelf is ladder-shaped; the plurality of the storage plates are mounted on the storage shelf from top to bottom. In the illumination systems, the LED drive controllers are electrically connected with the LED light sources, and the work current, the frequency and the duty ratio of each LED light source are adjusted in a pulse-width modulation way so as to adjust the light output quantity, the frequency and the duty ratio of each LED light source; one optical element is mounted in front of each LED light source, and light emitted from the LED light sources is intensively and uniformly irradiated on the storage plates through the optical elements. According to the method, the respiration intensity of the vegetables and fruits is reduced through illumination to achieve the purpose of preservation and prevent pathogenic bacteria.

The invention discloses a solid copper material processing method and an apparatus thereof. In the step of feeding and melting, a feeder is utilized to feed solid copper material into a shaft furnace which is at least 16 meters high, and the solid copper material is molten into molten copper; and the molten copper automatically flows into a refining furnace via a connecting chute between the shaft furnace and the refining furnace, and is refined. Refining includes the steps of oxidation and reduction. The method utilizes the height of the shaft furnace to constantly heat the solid copper material in the process of emitting high-temperature flue gas, the temperature of the finally emitted flue gas is only 250DEG C, consequently, the residual heat of the flue gas is sufficiently utilized, the heat efficiency is increased, energy consumption is reduced, and the melting speed is increased. The invention also discloses a solid copper material processing apparatus, which adopts the combination of the shaft furnace and the refining furnace and sufficiently utilizes the characteristics of the shaft furnace and the refining furnace, i.e. high melting speed, high mechanization and automation degree, safe operation, flexible furnace body size, good environment protection effect and low fabrication cost, and the apparatus is particularly applicable to the processing of solid copper material in large and medium waste copper recovery smelteries.
