The application discloses an intelligent collaborative control method for high-temperature-
impact coupling test, and belongs to the technical field of
civil engineering structure test and
intelligent control. The method collects the temperature of a test piece, the running state of a heating device and the preparation state of an
impact loading device in real time; determines an effective characteristic temperature according to the temperature of multiple measuring points, calculates the predicted withdrawal duration of the heating device and the predicted falling duration of an
impact body; predicts the temperature at the impact contact moment based on the pre-labeled temperature
attenuation law, collaboratively determines the withdrawal trigger moment and the release trigger moment; after the withdrawal is completed, dynamically corrects the
attenuation coefficient based on the actual withdrawal duration and re-predicts the temperature, and accordingly corrects the release trigger moment; when the conditions are met, the impact body is released and
test data is collected. The application takes the temperature at the impact contact moment as a control target, and through pre-prediction, collaborative decision and post-dynamic correction, the control precision of the impact instant temperature is significantly improved, and the
repeatability, safety and reliability of the test are enhanced.
