system and a gravity balancing
system. The gravity balancing system is mounted on the frame and is connected to the turning system via a transmission connection. The workpiece fixing system includes a workpiece fixing base plate and several adaptive supports. Each
adaptive support includes an
adaptive support frame, a gravity jacking device, and an adaptive fixing device. The
adaptive support frame has a long slot, and the adaptive fixing device is mounted on the long slot. The adaptive support frame has an inclined rail, and the gravity jacking device is slidably mounted on the inclined rail. The gravity jacking device is located on the side of the adaptive support frame closer to the large circular knives workpiece. When the gravity jacking device slides along the inclined rail, it approaches the large circular knives workpiece, ensuring workpiece stability during turning.
