This invention discloses a
transformer oil sampling device and
system, relating to the field of
transformer testing technology. The device includes a controller, an
oil storage tank, a
piston, an electric push rod, an oil outlet valve, and an oil
inlet valve. An exhaust port is provided in the
oil storage tank. The
piston and electric push rod are located inside the
oil storage tank. The oil outlet valve and oil
inlet valve are mounted on the oil
storage tank. The electric push rod is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the oil
storage tank, and its free end is fixedly connected to the
piston. The piston is slidably connected to the inner wall of the oil
storage tank. The piston is used to obtain oil from the
transformer or push oil back to the transformer. The oil outlet valve ensures that
transformer oil can only flow from the transformer into the oil storage tank, and the oil
inlet valve ensures that
transformer oil can only flow from the oil storage tank into the transformer. The oil storage tank, piston, electric push rod, oil outlet valve, and oil inlet valve form a sampling unit. The
system includes the above-mentioned device and a transformer. Through the controller, oil storage tank, piston, electric push rod, oil outlet valve, and oil inlet valve, it collects oil samples accurately and safely.
