The United States of America consumes nearly 20 million barrels of oil a day, 6.6 billion per year. This depleting chemical composition, in part, ends up in our air, on our trees, on our clothing, in our lungs, in our blood streams. A large portion of this oil is imported causing a dependency on foreign countries and a significant economic burden to this country. Clean, renewable, domestic energy is a necessity, not a luxury. The Z-333 Energy Management System is an answer to this challenge. There have been many Vertical Axis Wind Turbine patents issued since Mr. Elhanan L. Stoners' patent in 1891. The invention provides a quenching steel plate for engineering machinery with 900MPa-grade yield strength, comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.13 to 0.18 percent of C, 1.20 to 1.60 percent of Mn, not more than 0.010 percent of S, not more than 0.020 percent of P, not more than 0.50 percent of Si, not more than 0.50 percent of Cr, not more than 0.50 percent of Ni, 0.30 to 0.60 percent of Mo, not more than 0.003 percent of B, not more than 0.05 percent of V, not more than 0.03 percent of Ti, not more than 0.03 percent of Nb, not less than 0.018 percent of Al and the balance of Fe and other unavoidable impurities; and the mass percentages of all the components in the steel plate also need to satisfy the condition that the value of the carbon equivalent is not more than 0.56 percent. The invention also provides a production method of the quenching steel plate for engineering machinery with 900MPa-grade yield strength. The steel plate has favorably-matched strength and tenacity, and the welding performance of the steel plate can satisfy the construction requirements on steels for manufacturing high-strength welding structures of the engineering machinery; meanwhile, the strength, the tenacity and the plasticity of the provided steel plate are all superior to similar WELDOX900-standard products in foreign countries.

The invention relates to an aviation emergency locator beacon device based on Beidou. By obtaining high-accuracy and high-reliability positioning information through a Beidou second-generation global positioning system independently developed by China, the problems that a traditional global satellite search and rescue system is large in positioning error and long in positioning time are solved; in addition, a Beidou positioning and communication system is independently developed by China, the blockade on techniques from foreign countries is broken through, and the Beidou positioning and communication system can be used for emergency positioning and military purposes under specific conditions. Novel mining single ring tempering method

The invention relates to the technical field of mine high strength circular chain heat treatment, in particular to a new mine high strength circular chain monocyclic tempering method. In the prior art, tempering after monocyclic quenching is mostly self-tempering by controlling monocyclic quenching cooling time, and the method is highly related to the experience of an operator, and not easy to be controlled; in foreign countries, a resistance heating method is also used for carrying out the monocyclic tempering and has non-ideal effect. The invention adopts a medium frequency induction heating method to cause a sing ring of a chain to obtain difference temperature tempering after the quenching, and leads a certain newly-accessed single ring in the chain, which is treated with the tempering and waits for the quenching, to be placed into a solenoid-typed medium frequency inductor; difference temperature tempering is obtained by the induction heating method, the performance of the single ring after the difference temperature tempering is kept to be consistent to that of other chain rings treated with heat treatment in the chain, to which the single ring belongs, and the chain rings adjacent to the single ring is not softened, thus improving the quality and the work reliability of the chain.

Preparation method for epoxy resin binding agent diamond grinding tool with high polishing performance

The invention discloses a preparation method for an epoxy resin binding agent diamond grinding tool with high polishing performance. A working layer is mainly prepared from a diamond grinding material, an auxiliary grinding material, epoxy resin, a curing agent, rare earth polishing powder, filler and a dilution agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly and mechanically mixing 5-20 parts of the diamond grinding material, 5-20 parts of the auxiliary grinding material, 5-25 parts of the rare earth polishing powder and 5-40 parts of the filler to obtain a first mixture, then uniformly mixing and stirring the first mixture with 20-40 parts of the epoxy resin, 7-15 parts of the curing agent and 0.5-10 parts of the dilution agent to obtain a final mixture, injecting the mixture with flowability into a plastic mold in a pouring manner, and curing the mixture to obtain the epoxy resin binding agent diamond grinding tool with high polishing performance.
