The invention provides an S-band
radio frequency signal transmitting port and a design and
assembly method thereof, relates to the technical field of special equipment for
radio frequency communication, and solves the problem of insufficient
harmonic suppression caused by an infeasible shielding structure or a defect of a connection interface in the existing scheme. The transmitting port comprises a structural cavity, a
printed circuit board and a plurality of SMA connectors, the
printed circuit board is accommodated in the structural cavity, a transmitting circuit is arranged on the
printed circuit board, and the structural cavity is used for providing
radio frequency shielding for the printed circuit board; the SMA connectors are assembled on the outer surface of the structural cavity, and pins of the SMA connectors penetrate through the structural cavity and then are connected with the printed circuit board. The
peripheral edge of the printed circuit board is provided with a non-solder-
resist area with a preset width, and when the printed circuit board is accommodated in the structural cavity, the non-solder-
resist area of the printed circuit board is in tight fit connection with the inner surface of the structural cavity. According to the invention, a closed shielding frame body is formed, so that higher
harmonic radiation leakage is prevented.
