7 results about "Nerve agent" patented technology

Nerve agents, sometimes also called nerve gases, are a class of organic chemicals that disrupt the mechanisms by which nerves transfer messages to organs. The disruption is caused by the blocking of acetylcholinesterase, an enzyme that catalyzes the breakdown of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter.

The present application provides a biological product and a method and an application thereof. The biological product is used for the preparation of a therapeutic agent for cancer treatment, and it includes at least one of the recombinant butyrylcholinesterase-albumin (rBChE-albumin) fusion protein and the recombinant butyrylcholinesterase-Fc (rBChE-Fc) fusion protein. The biological product adjusts the balance of acetylcholine and other related metabolic pathways by supplementing at least one of the exogenous rBChE-albumin fusion protein and rBChE-Fc fusion protein to treat cancer. The present invention solves the problem that the extraction and purification of BChE from human serum may not meet the huge demand for cancer treatment. The present application further provides a biological product for neutralizing and degrading nerve agents and organophosphate compounds, hydrolyzing ghrelin, and anti-wrinkle.

Fluorescent single-particle membrane material for detecting nerve agent simulant diethyl chlorophosphate and preparation method of fluorescent single-particle membrane material

The invention provides a fluorescent single-particle membrane device for detecting nerve agent simulant diethyl chlorophosphate and a preparation method of the fluorescent single-particle membrane device. According to the single-particle film device, a lattice structure is formed on a glass substrate by utilizing photoresist or an ultraviolet curing adhesive material through mask exposure, and a tetraphenylethylene covalent organic framework material is loaded by means of a rubber substrate; and then the two are attached, positive pressure is applied, heating is conducted, the photo-curing material in the molten state is made to adhere to the frame material, and finally the single-particle film is formed. After the device is in contact with a diethyl chlorophosphate atmosphere and a methanol solution thereof, the fluorescence of the device at 543 nm is specifically quenched, so that high-sensitivity, high-selectivity, on-site rapid and visual detection of diethyl chlorophosphate is realized.

An organic fluorescent sensing array for selectively detecting sarin and its preparation method

This invention relates to an organic fluorescent sensor array for the sensitive and selective detection of sarin using fluorescence methods, and its preparation method. The organic fluorescent sensor material is assembled with compounds of formula (B) and formula (C), which are insensitive to nerve agents, along with the compound of formula (A), to form an organic fluorescent sensor array consisting of material 1 and material 2. This improves upon the poor stability and susceptibility to interference when using compound (A) alone for sarin detection, while maintaining the sensitivity for sarin detection, thus improving the fluorescence stability and anti-interference capability of the detection.
