The invention discloses a method and a system of remote monitoring management. The method comprises that a cloud platform service subsystem generates a collecting application according to a monitoring request sent by a colleting terminal, the collecting application is sent to the collecting terminal, the collecting terminal operates the collecting application to drive the build-in collecting function to obtain the current audio and the current video, and the audio and the video are fed back to the cloud platform service subsystem in real time. The cloud platform service subsystem obtains images of moving objects from the audio and the video and determines whether a warning operation is executed or not according to the images of moving objects. When the warning operation is determined, a warning message and the images of moving objects are sent to a monitor terminal associated with the collecting terminal; and a warning confirmation message is fed back to the cloud platform service subsystem by the monitor terminal according to an operational order input by a user.
