The invention belongs to the technical field of
sodium hypochlorite production, and particularly relates to a method for producing
sodium hypochlorite. A method for producing
sodium hypochlorite comprises the following steps: adding a compound additive into a
sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a compound alkali-containing
raw material solution; respectively introducing the composite alkali-containing
raw material solution and
chlorine into the micro-channel reactor through a
metering pump, and controlling
reaction conditions to generate a reaction solution containing
sodium hypochlorite; introducing the reaction liquid into a
ceramic membrane separation device, separating and removing unreacted
solid impurities and by-product salts, and collecting permeate; unreacted
sodium hydroxide is recycled and reused; and detecting the permeate liquid to be qualified to obtain a
sodium hypochlorite finished product. According to the invention, four key links of compound additive addition, microchannel reaction,
ceramic membrane separation and resin
recovery are organically linked to form a systematic solution. Aiming at the core pain points of insufficient reaction, more byproducts,
raw material waste, equipment
corrosion and the like in the traditional process, the product purity is improved through the synergistic effect of all links.
