The invention discloses an evaporative pattern casting process of a multi-cylinder diesel engine cylinder body. The evaporative pattern casting process comprises the following steps of 1, mold making;2, model making; 3, model combining and clustering; 4, casting mold-inner-shell making; 5, placing of a special san box on a three-dimensional vibrating table; 6, pouring, specifically, molten steelis injected into a preheated mold cavity by an injection molding machine for pouring and molding; 7, fabrication processing; 8, anodizing treatment; 9, cleaning; and 10, picking-up and packaging. A traditional smelting and pouring process is changed, in the spraying process, a method of spraying at least twice is adopted, a mold set is coated by a method of soaking, brushing, sprinkling, and spraying, the an air heater is used for improving the drying speed, so that a coating is dried quickly, and the coating is uniform; and when casting is formed, a casting mold is heated through a heating device, the anodizing treatment process is added, through the anodizing treatment mode, a layer of oxide film is formed on the outer surface of the cylinder block evaporative pattern of the gasoline engine, and the corrosion resistance is greatly enhanced.
