impurity gas flows out through multiple micropores in the edge and is pumped away through the gas pumping cavity and the gas pumping opening. An
anode bar and a microporous
cathode are arranged in the reaction gas chamber. The
sponge block with adsorbability is placed in the reaction gas chamber and attached to the
anode bar and the microporous
cathode, and after the
electrolyte is used and consumed, the
sponge block ensures that the
electrolyte is still transferred to the
electrode to react between the microporous
cathode and the
anode bar. The arranged
pressure balance gas chamber ensures that the
electrolyte in the reaction gas chamber cannot overflow, the oxygen
permeation membrane is not subjected to stress action and is not easy to separate and crack, and the service life of the sensor is prolonged.
