The invention discloses a soft package battery module. The module comprises multiple battery cells, a module shell and a heat-conducting filler, wherein all the battery cells are electrically connected through corresponding tabs; all the battery cells are arranged in the module shell; the heat-conducting filler is arranged in the module shell; gaps between the battery cells and between the batterycells and the module shell are filled with the heat-conducting filler; all the battery cells are fixed by the heat-conducting filler; and the module shell is made of a heat-conducting material. The invention further discloses electric equipment comprising the soft package battery module. According to the soft package battery module and the electric equipment disclosed in the invention, the heat dissipation performance is good, abrasion caused by friction between the battery cells is avoided, and the soft package battery module is small in size and convenient to install and arrange.
