locking mechanism, including a frame, a support
slide plate slidably mounted on the frame, a top support frame spanning the frame, a bottom lifting power
assembly mounted on the frame, a screw-locking
machine located above the top support frame, and a screw-locking moving
assembly mounted on the frame and connected to the screw-locking
machine. This application utilizes the support
slide plate to support the motor housing and motor end cover; the bottom lifting power
assembly lifts the support
slide plate, which is then clamped and fixed by the bottom lifting power assembly and the top support frame, thus positioning the motor end cover and motor housing; the screw-locking moving assembly drives the screw-locking
machine to move, allowing it to enter and exit a clearance hole to lock the screw body, thereby connecting and fixing the motor end cover and motor housing. Thus, this screw-
locking mechanism enables automatic screw installation, improving the connection efficiency between the motor end cover and motor housing, and consequently increasing the motor assembly efficiency.
