The invention discloses a method for mechanical, chemical and biological combined solidification of
copper tailings and preparation of
engineering filler, and provides a packaged technology for material
processing, roadbed construction and slope reinforcement. The
mass percent is controlled for preparation of a tailing and gravel mixture according to the principle that the content of each heavy
metal element of the tailing and gravel mixture meets the
national standard and the principle that the content of the particle group with the particle size larger than 0.075 mm is higher than 50%, a proper amount of
Portland cement is added, mixed and spread, then the mixture is controlled to be layered and compacted under the optimum
water content ranging from 13% to 17%, and the mixture can be applied to
engineering after the seepage concentration of each heavy
metal element is tested to be lower than the
national standard according to a leaching experiment. Ecological slope reinforcement is realized through planting of
copper enriching plants during construction, so that migration of the heavy
metal elements is further controlled. According to the method, mechanical, chemical and biological solidification technologies are utilized comprehensively, and a three-dimensional
closed system of tailing and gravel mixed soil is constructed. The requirement for reduction of
solid waste in thewhole process of
copper smelting is realized, occupation of
cultivated land due to the requirement for a large amount of
engineering earthwork can also be avoided, and thus the harm is turned into thebenefit.
