A capsule endoscope is disclosed that includes a capsule and a transparent cover having a central axis and that is located in front of an objective optical system within the capsule. The objective optical system has a depth of field, a field of view, and an image surface that has curvature of field, and is arranged on the central axis of the transparent cover and the capsule. The field of view of the objective optical system includes a spherical surface that is tangent to the transparent cover at a periphery of the field of view, and the near point of the depth of field on the optical axis of the objective optical system is positioned farther from the objective optical system than is the transparent cover. Various conditions are satisfied so as to provide high quality imaging.

Single feed planar inverted-F antennas (PIFAs) are provided for three, four or five frequency bands of resonance in both cellular and non-cellular frequency bands. A lens-positioning device of a camera module designed to provide a focusing function or an optical zoom function. In the lens-positioning device, an actuating part includes a ring-shaped piezoelectric actuator and a rotating plate positioned on an upper surface of the piezoelectric actuator. A positioning part is provided with a hollow barrel holder and linearly moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens upon rotation of the rotating plate. The hollow barrel holder contacts the upper surface of the rotating plate. A hollow housing receives the actuating part and the positioning part and having a guide means to guide the positioning part to be linearly moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens. The lens-positioning device can have ultra-miniaturized size through the piezoelectric actuator, and a minute focusing can be realized through minute positioning of the lens, allowing high resolution and high sharpness images.

The present invention relates to a multi-step operation electrical switch having an elastic conductive plate, which is deformed to establish an electrical contact when a pressing force is applied thereto and is restored to the initial state to break the electrical contact when the pressing force is removed.

According to the present invention, the elastic plate has a plurality of dome portions formed integrally therewith, each of the dome portions bulges in the direction opposite to the direction in which the elastic plate is pressed and is depressed by the pressing force applied thereto. The applied pressing force varies with the dome portions. In order to prevent an electrical contact from being established when no pressing force is applied to the elastic plate, spacer portions are necessary. According to the present invention, inclined spacer portions are provided along the outer peripheries of a first and a second dome portions, respectively.

Therefore, since the pressing force is temporarily reduced when one dome portion is depressed, a click feel can be provided. Since the pressing force varies with the dome portions, a multi-step operation can be achieved. In addition, since the elastic plate has a plurality of dome portions and a plurality of spacer portions formed integrally therewith, the overall size of the switch can be readily miniaturized.

A dual-frequency coaxial earphone includes an earphone housing, a moving coil loudspeaker unit and a balanced armature loudspeaker unit. The earphone housing has a receiving space and an acoustic output orifice. The receiving space communicates with the acoustic output orifice. The moving coil loudspeaker unit is assembled in the receiving space and includes a moving coil vibrating diaphragm and an acoustic transmitting member. A capsule endoscope is disclosed having an illumination means, an imaging system that includes an objective optical system, and a transparent cover. The invention is characterized by one of: (1) the transparent cover has a larger radius of curvature in a central region of the field of view of the objective optical system than the radius of curvature of the transparent cover in a peripheral region of the field of view of the objective optical system, or (2) the imaging system has a different near point of focus distance for a central region of the field of view than the near point of focus distance of a region that is peripheral to the central region of the field of view and the objective optical system includes a meniscus lens element of positive refractive power and a plano-convex lens element.

A nonvolatile memory and a method of operating the same are proposed. The nonvolatile memory has single-gate memory cells, wherein a structure of a transistor and a capacitor is embedded in a semiconductor substrate. The transistor comprises a first conducting gate stacked on the surface of a dielectric with doped regions formed at two sides thereof as a source and a drain. The capacitor comprises a doped region, a dielectric stacked thereon, and a second conducting gate. The conducting gates of the capacitor and the transistor are electrically connected together to form a single floating gate of the memory cell. The semiconductor substrate is p-type or n-type. Besides, a back-bias program write-in and related erase and readout operation ways are proposed for the single-gate memory cells.
