Single feed planar inverted-F antennas (PIFAs) are provided for three, four or five frequency bands of resonance in both cellular and non-cellular frequency bands. Configurations of slots (open and closed) within the radiating elements selectively provide multiple frequency resonance to the radiating elements in both cellular and non-cellular frequency bands.

A detecting switch which is turned on / off in accordance with whether or not primary batteries have been attached to a primary battery holder is provided. In a normal state where no primary battery is attached, terminals (a, c) of a charge change-over switch are connected by a detection signal of the detecting switch, so that a voltage supplied from an external charger is inputted to a DC / DC converter. A secondary battery is charged by a predetermined value output of the DC / DC converter. When the primary batteries are attached, the detecting switch is turned on and terminals (b, c) of the charge change-over switch are connected, so that an output voltage of the primary batteries is inputted to the DC / DC converter. The secondary battery is charged by the predetermined value output of the DC / DC converter. Even when there is no charger, the secondary battery can be charged by the primary batteries and charging power sources are automatically switched.

The gas discharging means 42 discharges gas from the etching reaction chamber 10.

A lens-positioning device of a camera module designed to provide a focusing function or an optical zoom function. In the lens-positioning device, an actuating part includes a ring-shaped piezoelectric actuator and a rotating plate positioned on an upper surface of the piezoelectric actuator. A positioning part is provided with a hollow barrel holder and linearly moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens upon rotation of the rotating plate. The hollow barrel holder contacts the upper surface of the rotating plate. A hollow housing receives the actuating part and the positioning part and having a guide means to guide the positioning part to be linearly moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens. The lens-positioning device can have ultra-miniaturized size through the piezoelectric actuator, and a minute focusing can be realized through minute positioning of the lens, allowing high resolution and high sharpness images.

A detecting switch which is turned on / off in accordance with whether or not primary batteries have been attached to a primary battery holder is provided. Dome-Shaped Contact and Multi-Step Operation Electrical Switch Incorporating the Same

The present invention relates to a multi-step operation electrical switch having an elastic conductive plate, which is deformed to establish an electrical contact when a pressing force is applied thereto and is restored to the initial state to break the electrical contact when the pressing force is removed.According to the present invention, the elastic plate has a plurality of dome portions formed integrally therewith, each of the dome portions bulges in the direction opposite to the direction in which the elastic plate is pressed and is depressed by the pressing force applied thereto. The applied pressing force varies with the dome portions. In order to prevent an electrical contact from being established when no pressing force is applied to the elastic plate, spacer portions are necessary. According to the present invention, inclined spacer portions are provided along the outer peripheries of a first and a second dome portions, respectively.Therefore, since the pressing force is temporarily reduced when one dome portion is depressed, a click feel can be provided. Since the pressing force varies with the dome portions, a multi-step operation can be achieved. In addition, since the elastic plate has a plurality of dome portions and a plurality of spacer portions formed integrally therewith, the overall size of the switch can be readily miniaturized.

Laminated low pass filter

A laminated low pass filter including a dielectric block having a plurality of laminated dielectric layers, input and output electrodes and outer ground electrodes formed on outer side surfaces of the dielectric block, so as to pass therethrough a signal inputted to the outer input electrode, only in a low frequency band, and then to output the passed signal to the outer output electrode. The laminated low pass filter also includes a transmission line including a distributed constant element made of a strip line formed on a first one of the dielectric layers, while being uniformly distributed with an inductance and a capacitance, the distributed constant element being connected between the input electrode and the output electrode, and a capacitor electrode structure having at least two layers while being connected between the input electrode and the output electrode. The capacitance electrode structure forms a capacitance connected in parallel to the transmission line. Since the laminated low pass filter is simply implemented by use of the transmission line and capacitors formed on the dielectric block having a multilayer structure, it can have a miniature size while exhibiting improved insertion loss characteristics, as compared to conventional laminated low pass filters implemented by use of concentrated constant elements.

Besides, a back-bias program write-in and related erase and readout operation ways are proposed for the single-gate memory cells.
