coupling model, a peak shifting starting strategy is executed, and different starting times are set for the rice transplanters which work cooperatively in the standardized operation unit; and monitoring state information of each rice transplanter in real time, triggering a dynamic scheduling mechanism when it is predicted that supply demands of the rice transplanters conflict or operation deviates from a preset period, re-planning a supply service sequence of workers to each rice transplanter in the central supply corridor by taking global operation efficiency optimization as a target, and issuing an execution instruction.
