According to parameters obtained through monitoring of the secondary mixed water pressure sensor and the secondary return water pressure sensor, an instruction is sent to the water pump inverter to adjust the running frequency of a water pump, and therefore the flow rate of the secondary water supply is changed. The thermal station energy saving device with the double adjustment functions achieves climate compensation control, supplies heat according to the needs of users, and reduces the quantity of electricity consumed by the water pump in the operation process.
