This invention relates to the field of online
water quality monitoring technology, and discloses a method,
system, and device for online monitoring of manhole
water quality. A matching
flange is installed on the maintenance valve
flange of the
water supply pipeline inside the manhole to establish a
water intake and return path. The
system is activated according to a preset cycle, triggering a time
relay to control the operation of a DC water pump. After the pump shutdown
delay, a
data acquisition command is executed, and sensor data is read in priority order based on the chemical response speed and attenuation characteristics of the sensor. Based on the sensor data, the
system monitors the remaining battery power,
wireless communication
signal strength, and
water quality parameter change rate in real time, and dynamically adjusts the working mode according to the monitoring results. When it is determined that the battery or sensor needs to be replaced, a hook rod is used to close the ball valves on the
water intake and return pipelines from the
wellhead,
cutting off the
water flow and releasing pipeline pressure. Maintenance is then performed, and after resetting, the valves are reopened to resume monitoring. This invention achieves safe, accurate, low-consumption, and manhole-free online monitoring of pipeline water quality.
