The coating has strong adhesive force, good transparency, high fullness, good flexibility, good scratching resistance, uniform gloss, stability and impact-resistance, and good waterproof and chemical resistance.

Method for preparing TiO2 coating layer on surface of iron based amorphous nanometer crystal powder body by sol and gel method

The invention relates to a method for preparing a TiO2 coating layer on the surface of an iron based amorphous nanometer crystal powder body by a sol and gel method, which comprises the following preparation process steps of: taking the iron based amorphous nanometer crystal powder body as raw materials; step 1: taking and pouring 42.5ml of absolute ethyl alcohol into a beaker and taking 17ml of tetrabutyl titanate; step 2: continuously stirring the materials to obtain clear colorless solution; step 3: finally obtaining light yellow sol; step 4: adding several drips of hydrochloric acid or nitric acid into the sol obtained in the third step so that the pH value of the sol is maintained at a value smaller than 3; step 5: heating the sol obtained in the fourth step to about 70 to 90 DEG C in water bath or oil bath; and step 6: filtering out the iron based amorphous nanometer crystal powder body in the fifth step through gauze. The method has the advantages that: (1) the reaction process is easy to control, the side reactions are few, and the process operation is simple; (2) titanium dioxide has the characteristics of good weather resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance, strong uvioresistant capability, excellent transparency, uniform granularity distribution and the like, and the integral performance of the iron based amorphous nanometer crystal powder body can be improved.

A refrigerator of the present invention comprises: a storage chamber for storing food; a cool air supplying means for supplying cool air to the storage chamber; a first tray which forms a part of an ice-making cell in which water is phase-changed to ice by the cool air; a second tray which forms another part of the ice-making cell and can be in contact with the first tray during an ice-making process; a water supply valve for adjusting a flow of the water supplied to the ice-making cell; a water supply amount detector for detecting the amount of water supplied to the ice-making cell; and a controller for controlling the water supply valve. The controller controls the water supply valve to supply water to the ice-making cell as much as a first reference water supply amount, for supplying water to the ice-making cell at a water supply position of the second tray. After finishing the water supply as much as the first reference water supply amount, the controller moves the second tray to an ice-making position and determines whether the water supply amount of the ice-making cell has reached a target water supply amount by using the water supply amount detector. When the water supply amount of the ice making cell has reached the target water supply amount, the controller starts ice-making, and when the water supply amount of the ice making cell has not reached the target water supply amount, the controller moves the second tray back to the water supply position and controls the water supply valve to supply water as much as a second reference water supply amount which is less than the first reference water supply amount.

A refrigerator of the present invention comprises: storage chambers for storing food; a cooler for supplying cold to the storage chambers; a first tray assembly for forming a portion of an ice-making cell, which is the space in which water phase-changes into ice by the cold; a second tray assembly for forming another portion of the ice-making cell; a heater positioned adjacently to the first tray assembly and / or the second tray assembly; and a control unit for controlling the heater, wherein the control unit turns on the heater in at least a portion of a section while the cooler supplies cold, so that bubbles dissolved in the water inside the ice-making cell move toward liquid water from a portion in which ice is formed, thereby enabling clear ice to be formed, and the control unit increases the heating rate of the heater when the heat transfer rate between the cold inside the storage chambers and the water of the ice-making cell is increased, and reduces the heating rate of the heater when the heat transfer rate between the cold inside the storage chambers and the water of the ice-making cell is reduced, so that the ice-making speed of the water inside the ice-making cell can be maintained within a predetermined range that is lower than the ice-making speed when ice making is performed while the heater is turned off.
