coolant guide tube connecting method. The thin-walled air
coolant guide tube connecting method comprises the following steps:
polishing, cleaning and blow-
drying connectors of thin-walled air
coolant guide tubes; inserting a core of a
welding fixture into a part from a run-off plate end, enabling a
guide tube outline, at the run-off plate end, of the part to be parallel and level to a mark of the core, and placing in a groove of the
welding fixture and clamping; clamping a
laser welding head by using an
industrial robot, and aligning a guiding
light spot of a
laser to a welded joint; running a procedure in an idle manner and observing the guiding
light spot, and ensuring the guiding
light spot to always cover the welded joint; welding of air coolant guide tubes: running a welding procedure to weld the air coolant guide tubes, wherein the
diameter of a
nozzle is 10 mm, and the distance from the
nozzle to a welded surface is 4 mm; after welding is finished, immediately taking out the core, clamping the run-off plate end on jaw
calipers, and withdrawing the part; and cleaning after welding. By the method, the welded joint with good forming quality and consistency can be obtained, shortcomings of welding missing, burning-through, main
body burning and the like are avoided, meanwhile,
welding deformation is controlled effectively, and profile precision of blade basins and blade backs of the air coolant guide tubes is guaranteed.
