The invention relates to a novel ultrasonic / magnetic
resonance dual-mode contrast agent and a preparation method and an application thereof; the contrast agent is a
coordination polymer nanoparticle contrast agent with the
surface modified by
polyvinylpyrrolidone; the interior of the
coordination polymer nanoparticle contrast agent has a cavity structure, the
coordination polymer nanoparticle contrast agent is also doped with
rare earth elements Ir and Ho. The preparation method comprises the steps: during preparation, preparing a DMSO solution of a 2-phenylquinoline 3,3'-
iridium dipyridine dicarboxylate complex, adding
polyvinylpyrrolidone, stirring and mixing evenly, heating up to 30-200 DEG C, keeping constant temperature for 0.1-2 h, then adding a DMSO solution of
holmium acetate, carrying out a reaction for 0.1-48 h, after the reaction is finished, dialyzing for 10-12 h with deionized water, and centrifuging. The prepared dual-mode contrast agent is used in
ultrasound contrast imaging and magnetic
resonance contrast imaging. Compared with the prior art, the dual-mode contrast agent has the advantages of uniform morphology, good dispersion, excellent stability, simple synthetic process, easily obtained raw materials, no
pollution to the environment, and quite good application prospects.
