According to the method, the consumption of free radicals of protein I, the consumption of free radicals of protein II and the consumption of functional groups C=O in the directionally oxidized soil are reduced by passivating the SOM through iron regulation and control; the directional oxidation amount is as high as 3100 mg / kg. The efficiency of directly oxidized crude oil by .OH is improved.
