The embodiment of the invention also discloses a mobile communication server and a mobile communication system. According to the mobile communication method, the mobile communication server and the mobile communication system, the intelligence of establishing a mobile communication network through WIFI (wireless fidelity) is enhanced, the communication cost is reduced, and the communication quality is improved.
