The voltage step-down device may be configured to include a converter module which steps down the external high voltage DC voltage from 200V to 420V to the DC voltage from 24V to 52V.

The method has the advantages that: the method improves the ability that oil gas flows into the well; the success ratio of the construction reaches over 95 percent, the liquid efficiency is improved by over 45 percent, the average yield increase of an individual well is between 350 and 550 tons, the construction cost is saved by between 150 and 200 thousand yuan, and the benefit is increased by between 300 and 500 thousand yuan; and the method solves the technical problems shown in non-continuous medium reservoirs such as high filtration loss and the like.
