This invention relates to a
rebar construction device for rapid turnover of precast
box girder formwork, belonging to the field of precast
box girder construction technology. It includes a main body and connecting rods (8) spaced apart. The main body comprises a base (1), columns (2), telescopic devices (5), and support rods (3). The columns (2) are positioned facing each other, with their lower ends hinged to the base (1), allowing the columns (2) to rotate inwards. The support rods (3) are spaced apart on the inner sidewalls of the columns (2) and facing each other. The upper ends of the columns (2) are connected via the telescopic devices (5), and adjacent columns (2) are connected as a whole via the connecting rods (8). This device does not occupy the bottom formwork (12).
Rebar (13) is tied first, and after completion, the bottom formwork (12) is inserted, the telescopic devices (5) are retracted, and the
rebar cage is positioned. The device's side formwork is then removed for installation. This solves the problem of existing methods where the bottom formwork is laid first and then the
rebar is tied, resulting in the formwork being idle during the rebar tying construction period, and the difficulty of rebar tying without a platform.
