The invention provides a novel waterproof dustproof charger with a function of bottom heat dissipation, and the charger comprises a heat-dissipation aluminum plate (1), a PCB (
printed circuit board) (2), a housing bottom case (4), a housing top case (5), a housing front baffle plate (6), and a housing rear baffle plate (7). An important high-power
chip needing good heat dissipation is tightly attached to the heat-dissipation aluminum plate (1), so as to achieve good heat dissipation of the
chip. Meanwhile, the central part of the heat-dissipation aluminum plate (1) is hollowed out to arrange a fan, so as to accelerate the air circulation and achieve the function of the bottom heat dissipation better. The surface is jagged so as to enlarge the contact area of air for good heat dissipation of the aluminum plate (1). During the
assembly of the housing of the charger, all modules are fixed through screws, thereby improving the striking resistance of the charger. Internal seaming joints are jointed through glue, thereby forming full-sealed
package, and effectively achieving the waterproof and dustproof effects of IP66 level. When the charger is used in a ship and environments full of dust, there is no need of worrying about that an internal
chip may be burnt caused by poor effect of heat dissipation, letting alone that dust enters into the charger to cause the
short circuit condition of a circuit or the chip. The charger provided by the invention effectively solves the problem of
electric energy storage outdoors or in a severe environment.
