Compared with the sludge treating separately using the boron doped diamond electrode as the anode or the sludge treating separately using calcium chloride, the method of the present invention has the following advantages that: the capillary water absorption time of the sludge can be reduced by 30-40%, the concentrations of polysaccharides, proteins and DNA in the supernatant can be increased by 12-24%, and the moisture content of sludge after centrifugation can be reduced to 70.6%.
