ginseng, dried
tangerine peel and bamboo white tea block. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing quality-divided extraction, performing high-temperature extraction on
ginseng and
cordyceps militaris, performing low-temperature extraction on big bamboo white tea, and separating to obtain
pericarpium citri reticulatae volatile oil; combining the water-phase extracting solutions, adding the
pericarpium citri reticulatae volatile oil, and emulsifying and homogenizing to form a stable oil-in-water
emulsion system; and finally, injecting the emulsified material liquid into a mold, and performing vacuum
freeze drying to obtain a finished product. Through differential
temperature control, the problem of
active ingredient loss caused by different heat sensitivities of multi-component raw materials is solved; the uniform dispersion and in-situ embedding of the fat-soluble volatile oil are realized by utilizing a high-shear emulsification technology, and the layering of feed liquid and the oxidation of
grease are prevented; and by constructing an endogenous
solid framework, the second-speed rehydration of the product is realized under the condition of no exogenous
excipient, the
retention rate of the active ingredients of the obtained freeze-dried block is high, and the redissolved solution is uniform and clear and has excellent stability.
