The invention discloses an apparatus for environment
corrosion cracking test in a wet
hydrogen sulfide environment. The apparatus can realize environment
corrosion cracking test at a temperature lower than 75 DEG C in an enclosed circulating solution environment filled with
hydrogen sulfide with different concentrations and gas mixtures thereof. The apparatus comprises a
corrosion solution storing and circulating container, a solution circulating
system, an environment corrosion
cracking test sample room and an electrochemical auxiliary device, wherein the corrosion solution storing and circulating container mainly stores a great amount of a solution, the front end of the corrosion solution storing and circulating container can be additionally provided with a gas mixture interface or a gas mixture flowmeter to allow the solution to have different concentrations of
hydrogen sulfide,
carbon dioxide or the like, the solution circulating
system comprises a magnetic drive pump, a rubber ball and a
ball valve to realize siphonage at the front end and
cut-off of communication with the environment corrosion cracking
test sample room, and the environment corrosion cracking
test sample room mainly comprises an electrochemical test interface and is used for sealing of a sample and circulation of the solution. The apparatus provided by the invention can substantially reduce leakage of
hydrogen sulfide and the solution thereof, improves security of test personnel and environment and is convenient to use and applicable under a wide range of test conditions.
