The method comprises the following steps: step 1, investigating basic information of the site; 2, performing high-precision site investigation; step 3, partitioning the polluted site; step 4, setting and calculating partition injection parameters; 5, checking and optimizing partition injection parameters; step 6, performing partition accurate injection repair construction; and 7, repairing effect monitoring and optimization adjustment are carried out. According to the method, the polluted site is partitioned in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and parameters such as the injection volume, the injection site number, the medicament preparation mass concentration and the like are determined in combination with high-precision investigation, so that accurate description of site characteristics in the partitions and accurate design of in-situ injection remediation of the polluted area can be realized; and meanwhile, by fusing the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and a novel material technology, a sensing-decision-execution-verification closed-loop remediation system is constructed, and the method is suitable for soil and underground water remediation in various scenes such as organic pollution and heavy metal pollution.
