The refined site investigation method comprises the steps of performing site data arrangement and analysis,checking a heavily polluted region, correcting a range of a moderately polluted region, judging whether a lightly polluted region has pollution or not, and making a whole-field pollution partition grading diagram. For a specific soil pollution remediation site, a discrete point distribution sampling method, a density increased point distribution sampling method and an incremental point distribution sampling method are used in a targeted mode, the ranges of heavily, moderately and lightly polluted regions are precisely verified respectively, and finally a full-field-region pollution zoning andgrading graph is constructed in combination with sampling test analysis results. According to the refined site investigation method, precise identification of soil pollution of the contaminated remediation site is achieved, different site investigation methods are adopted for regions with different pollution degrees, the polluted region identification precision is improved, and the site remediation efficiency is improved.
