The invention discloses a preparation method of a low-volume-shrinkage antibacterial dental
resin composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring
bifunctional acrylate resin and phosphoryl-containing
acrylate resin to obtain a dental resin solution; adding a silver source compound, and mixing uniformly with a
photoinitiator after the silver source compound is dissolved; then adding an
inorganic filler; and finally, injecting into a mold, and irradiating by adopting
blue light or
ultraviolet light. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, a
bisphenol monomer with rigid radicals is adopted to prepare a dental resin
monomer to reduce the volume shrinkage during curing of a material, and bidirectional amphipathic molecules containing phosphonyl and unsaturated double-bond functional groups are used as a surface modifying agent to ensure that on the one hand, the interface action between the resin and the
inorganic filler is improved, and on the other hand, by virtue of the complexing action between the phosphonyl functional groups and silver ions, the silver source compound is dissolved, the process of releasing nano silver is controlled, and a long-acting
antibacterial effect is achieved, so that a dental filling material which has
low volume shrinkage, excellent
mechanical property and
antibacterial effect is prepared.
