Server-initiated connections are established from the server to the client-side libraries. The server-initiated connections are responsible for carrying instructions from the server to the client-side libraries. While a transfer of the file data is in progress, the client-side libraries are instructed over the server-initiated connections to pause the transfer for the server upgrade. Requests from the backup applications are allowed to continue uninterrupted. After the server has been upgraded, the forechannel and server-initiated connections are re-established.

This invention discloses an uninterrupted emergency command scheduling method and system based on state transition. The method includes the following steps: when the monitoring module detects a failure in the main command system, it triggers the activation of the backup command system and acquires a global state snapshot containing decisions, progress, and instruction lists; the global state snapshot and subsequent incremental operation logs are synchronized to the backup command system to complete the state transition; the backup command system reconstructs the instruction list based on the transition data and performs consistency correction by comparing it with the historical logs of each node; the corrected instruction sequence and task progress are synchronized to all nodes through a distributed consensus algorithm to achieve consistency across the entire network; after verifying consistency, the backup command system takes over command and broadcasts updates to the entire network, achieving uninterrupted scheduling. This invention achieves seamless and consistent takeover of command status, ensuring the continuity of emergency command and the reliability of decision-making.
