nucleic acid detection device and an application method thereof. The device comprises a cassette, a reaction
chip and an
elastic membrane, wherein
piston chambers, a sample receiving chamber, a
reagent chamber and a
recovery chamber are formed on the cassette; two reaction cells are formed on the upper surface of the reaction
chip; the
elastic membrane is used for bonding the reaction
chip at the bottom of the cassette; the sample receiving chamber and the
reagent chamber communicate with one reaction
cell through a first one-way valve structure; and the
reagent chamber and the
recovery chamber communicate with the other reaction
cell through a second one-way valve structure. According to the integrated self-service
nucleic acid detectiondevice, all processes of
nucleic acid detection can be completed only through simple four-step
push and pull actions of push rods, professional training and special laboratory conditions are not needed, devices, such as a
pipette and a
temperature cycling instrument are not needed, the operation steps of
nucleic acid detection are greatly simplified, the requirements for operating personnel and operation places are reduced, the integrated self-service
nucleic acid detection device can be popularized and applied in families and
community clinics, and real-time screening detection during epidemic prevention and control and daily
personal health monitoring are achieved.
