The invention discloses a polyimide liquid crystal vertical alignment agent, a prepration method and a liquid crystal box prepared thereby. The liquid crystal vertical alignment agent is prepared by dissolving soluble polyimide which accounts for 2.5-5% of the weight of the alignment agent into an organic solvent, the soluble polyimide is prepared by leading 1-50 parts by weight of tetracarboxylic dianhydride, 1-50 parts by weight of diamine with a special structure, 1-50 parts by weight of diamine and 40-80 parts by weight of organic solvent to react under the protection of nitrogen and at the temperature of 160-180 DEG C for 5-12 hours, and the diamine with the special structure is prepared by leading HO-B-OH, a catalyst, the organic solvent, halogenated hydrocarbon X-R and dinitro-substituted benzoyl chloride to carry out three-step reaction. The polyimide of a liquid crystal vertical alignment film formed by using the liquid crystal vertical alignment agent disclosed by the invention is soluble, a pretitle angle of the liquid crystal box prepared by spin-coating the polyimide liquid crystal vertical alignment agent is close to 90 degrees, and a liquid crystal display prepared thereby has excellent performances of fast response, wide viewing angle, high contrast degree and the like.

A liquid crystal aligning agent for obtaining a liquid crystal alignment film excelling in not only liquid crystal alignment performance but also electrical properties through photoalignment procedure; and a liquid crystal display device making use of this liquid crystal aligning agent, which can resolve problems invited by rubbing treatment of liquid crystal alignment film, exhibiting high reliability and which can minimize display unevenness and exudation around sealing material. There is provided a liquid crystal aligning agent for photoalignment, characterized by containing at least one of a polyamic acid, the polyamic acid obtained by reacting a diamine component containing a diamine of the following formula (1) with a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride component containing a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride with alicyclic structure into a polymer, and a polyimide obtained from the polyamic acid. There is further provided a liquid crystal display device having a liquid crystal alignment film obtained from the above liquid crystal aligning agent through photoalignment procedure. (wherein two of R<1> to R<10> are primary amino, and each of the rest is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group other than primary amino, provided that they may be identical with or different from each other).

The polyimide precursor composition of the present invention is characterized in comprising a polyimide precursor having a structure formed by reacting a diamine component (A) containing a fluorine-containing aromatic diamine (a1) represented by the following chemical formula (I)(in the formula (I), R1 and R2 are each independently selected from —H, —(CF2)n—CF3, and —O(CF2)n—CF3 (n is an integer of 0 or more and 7 or less), and at least one of R1 and R2 is a fluorine-containing group) and trans-1,4-cyclohexyldiamine (a2) with an acid dianhydride component (B) containing an aliphatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride (b1) and an aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride (b2). Use of the composition of the present invention provides a polyimide film and a transparent flexible film having high transparency, low thermal expansion properties, low birefringent properties, and high heat resistance.

Preparation method of dicarboxylic acid with branch at alpha position for aluminum electrolytic capacitor electrolyte

The invention discloses a preparation method of dicarboxylic acid with a branch at an alpha position for aluminum electrolytic capacitor electrolyte. The method comprises the following steps of: adding an absolute ethyl alcohol solution of alkali into an anhydrous xylene solution of an ester shown as a general formula (1), dropping an anhydrous xylene solution of monohaloalkyl with carbon mumber being 1-12 for 4 hours at normal temperature, after heating refluxing for 8 hours, directly raising temperature to separate out xylene and ethanol, adding water for layering to obtain tetrabasic ester shown as a general formula (2), carrying out basification and acidification on the tetrabasic ester to obtain tetrabasic carboxylic acid shown as a general formula (3), dissolving the tetrabasic carboxylic acid in pyridine, and heating for refluxing to obtain the dicarboxylic acid with the branch at the alpha position, shown as a general formula (4). The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the used deacidification method is low in temperature, easy to control, and the obtained product is high in purity and is more than 99%, does not influence high temperature performance of the electrolyte. The preparation method is applied to a high-voltage capacitor, extremely small in electrical characteristics deterioration and high temperature electrical conductivity, and pretty high in high temperature spark.
