black liquor is introduced again, and warm black liquor is replaced; the warm black liquor can be used as a material for preparing the cooking liquor; the hot black liquor is subjected to
flash evaporation to remove 10-15% of
moisture, the concentration of the hot black liquor is increased to 18-21 Be degrees, and the flash-evaporated hot black liquor firstly enters a quadruple-effect down-flow multi-effect
evaporator to be concentrated to 28-30 Be degrees and then enters a sextuple-effect
falling film evaporator to be concentrated to 65% or above; wherein secondary steam generated by
flash evaporation is used as a first-effect heat source of the quadruple-effect down-flow multi-effect
evaporator after liquid drops are removed through the steam-water separator. According to the method, flash secondary steam is combined to drive the first effect of the multi-effect
evaporator, hot black liquor pretreatment concentration optimization alkali
recovery and the like, so that
energy gradient utilization is sufficient, comprehensive
energy consumption is greatly reduced, and the win-win situation of
environmental protection and resource recycling is achieved.
