The invention relates to an ozone generator of a bionic cellular type discharge unit nesting structure. The ozone generator comprises a horizontal barrel body, wherein end covers are connected at the two ends of the barrel body, respectively; two fixed disks are vertically arranged in the barrel body; a discharge chamber is formed between the two fixed disks; an oxygen gas chamber and an ozone chamber are formed between the two fixed disks and the end covers at the corresponding ends, respectively; at least one cellular type discharge module with a plurality of cellular type discharge units is arranged in the discharge chamber; the two end parts of the cellular type discharge unit are nested on two fixed plates, respectively; the two end parts of the cellar type discharge module are nested on the two fixed disks by the two fixed plates, respectively; each cellular type discharge unit comprises inner electrodes, an insulation tube and outer electrodes which are nested from the inside to the outside; and the inner electrodes and the outer electrodes in each cellular type discharge module are electrically connected, respectively. The ozone generator of the bionic cellular type discharge unit nesting structure comprises a plurality of electrodes, is small in size, large in unit set yield, easy to produce, install and maintain, adjustable in ozone yield and unnecessary to stop during a maintenance process.
