The invention discloses an electrochemical 
water treatment system. The water inlet end of a cold water 
tower circulating water pump is connected with a lower water tank of a cold water 
tower through a pipeline, the water outlet end of the cold water 
tower circulating water pump is connected with the water inlet end of a 
heat exchanger through a circulating water inlet pipeline, and the water outlet end of the 
heat exchanger is connected to the top of the cold water tower through a circulating water return pipeline; an electrochemical 
water treatment device is connected with the cold water tower, the cold water tower circulating water pump and the 
heat exchanger in four ways, and a positive plate and a negative plate in the electrochemical 
water treatment device are matched in four ways. The electrochemical 
water treatment system has the following advantages: part of water is introduced into the electrochemical water treatment device through the cold water tower circulating water pump or in other ways, and the part of water flows back into a circulating water tank after being subjected to electrochemical treatment, so that once complete water treatment process is finished; the electrochemical 
water treatment system is flexible in installation and simple and quick in 
dirt removal without 
pickling; the electrochemical 
water treatment system can be embedded into a water circulating 
system of cooling circulating water per se and introduces part of water in a through pass manner, so that the 
energy consumption in 
water pumping of a water pump is reduced and energy is saved.
