The lithium cobalt oxide composite material particle comprises a positive active substance particle and an aluminum phosphate layer coated on the surface of the positive active substance particle, wherein the positive active substance particle is a lithium cobalt oxide particle or a doped lithium cobalt oxide particle. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the positive composite material particle of a lithium ion battery. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing an aluminum nitrate solution; 2, adding the positive active substance material for coating to the aluminum nitrate solution with controlling the adding amount of the positive active substance particle to form a mixture; 3, adding a phosphate solution to the mixture, and reacting to form the aluminum phosphate layer on the surface of the positive active substance particle; and 4, carrying out heat treatment on the positive active substance particle with the surface coated with the aluminum phosphate layer to obtain the positive composite material particle. The invention also relates to the lithium ion battery.

Method for reducing equivalent series resistance of laminated capacitor

The invention relates to the technical field of capacitors, in particular to a method for reducing the equivalent series resistance of a laminated capacitor, which comprises the following steps of: firstly impregnating a foil with a monomer solution at a low temperature, then impregnating the foil with an oxidizing solution at a low temperature, then removing the foil from the oxidizing solution, and blowing off the excessive oxidizing solution on the side surface of the foil by adopting a high-pressure air curtain to form a cycle; and after at least one cycle, impregnating with a monomer solution and drying. According to the preparation method, a low-temperature monomer solution and oxidation solution impregnation technology is adopted, so that conductive macromolecules with relatively small particle size and higher bulk density can be formed, and the conductive macromolecules with higher conductivity and better heat resistance can be prepared; by adopting the technology of removing the redundant oxidizing solution through high-pressure air, the oxidizing solution can permeate more easily and be attached to deep holes of the anode formation aluminum foil more firmly, and conductive macromolecules which are more compact, high in binding force, good in plastic package impact resistance and higher in conductivity can be formed; the ESR of the laminated capacitor is effectively reduced, and the capacity and the qualified rate of leakage current are improved.
