The invention discloses a solar power generating system based on a Spring engine. The solar power generating system comprises a fan, a heat regenerator, a solar heat collector, a combustion chamber, the Spring engine and a control valve. Air is introduced into the heat regenerator to be preheated through the fan. The solar heat collector and the combustion chamber are controlled to heat the preheated air jointly or independently through the control valve according to the external illumination condition. The high-temperature air enters the hot end of the Spring engine and exchanges heat with the Spring engine so that the Spring engine is driven to apply work, and accordingly a power generator is driven to generate power. In addition, the high-temperature air can enter the heat regenerator for conducting waste heat recycling and air preheating after leaving the hot end of the Spring engine, so that the air is exhausted out of the system after the temperature of the high-temperature air is decreased. By means of the solar power generating system based on the Spring engine, continuous power generation of light-air complementation can be achieved, and grid-connected operation of the system is more facilitated through single new energy power generation of solar energy or wind energy, so that the impact on a power grid is reduced, and the solar power generating system based on the Spring engine has application prospects in distributed energy resource utilization.
