mass block and a support, wherein the adjusting plate, the spring and the
damper are arranged on the support; the adjusting plate and the spring are separately arranged at two ends of the support; the rotary connecting plate is arranged above the support; one end of the rotary connecting plate is rotatably connected with the adjusting plate; the other end of the rotary connecting plate is supported through the spring; the
mass block is slidably arranged on the rotary connecting plate; the height ofthe rotary connecting plate relative to the support is adjustable; and the position of the spring on the support is adjustable. The problems that the frequency of a frequency adjusting
mass damper cannot be adjusted continuously, and a frequency adjusting range is small are solved.
