The invention discloses a Fe-MOFs 
chemiluminescence-
fluorescence double-response immunosensor. The immunosensor comprises detection antibodies and a paper 
chip; the detection antibodies are labeled byFe-MOFs; the detection regions of the paper 
chip are connected with capture antibodies; the non-specific sites of the paper 
chip are sealed through a sealing agent; and the Fe-MOFs are a 
metal organic frame material formed by Fe<3+> and 2-aminobenzene-1,4-
dicarboxylic acid. According to the immunosensor disclosed by the invention, the Fe-MOFs are used as 
signal molecules, have relatively high stability and have relatively good water 
solubility; and in addition, the material not only has fluorescent performance, but also can catalyze a luminal-H2O2 chemiluminiscence 
system to generate chemiluminiscence. When the immunosensor disclosed by the invention is used for immunoreaction, two 
modes of the 
signal output of the detection result of the immunosensor can be provided, in particular, detection can be performed through either a 
fluorescence method or a 
chemiluminescence method, the two detection 
modes can be flexibly selected, and therefore, detection 
modes can be enriched, and the useof the two modes can further improve the accuracy of the detection result.
