The invention discloses a method for preparing a
zinc-containing polypeptide biocontrol bacterial
fertilizer through combination of microorganisms and an
enzyme method, and belongs to the technical field of microbial fertilizers. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) inoculating a candida utilis strain into a
zinc-rich culture medium to obtain a candida utilis culture solution; (2) adding a
protease compound into the solution obtained in the step (1) to obtain a
zinc-containing polypeptide solution; (3) adding a
bacillus thuringiensis mixture into the mixture obtained in the step (2) to obtain zinc-containing polypeptide biocontrol bacterium
fermentation liquor, and concentrating the zinc-containing polypeptide biocontrol bacterium
fermentation liquor to obtain the zinc-containing polypeptide biocontrol bacterium
fertilizer. According to the invention, crops, microbial
nutrition, biological control and soil improvement are organically combined, three-in-one functional combination is realized, and compared with a single-function
